AI-Assisted HR Portal

Everything for the HR-only portal in one place — the analysis, the specs, the working prototype, and the plan. Built for a Singapore BCA A1 construction contractor's six-role HR department.

10 documents HR-only · PDPA-governed Prototype + full plan
Public demo site: internal documents (source job scopes, requirements specification, security plan, backup runbook) are intentionally not published here — those links will not work. Prototype data is synthetic.
THE DELIVERABLES

Read in order

Each builds on the last — from the source job scopes, through analysis and specs, to a clickable prototype and a costed roadmap.

0

Source — HR JOBSWord · input

The original job-scope document for the six-role HR department. Everything else is derived from this.

1

Roles, Tasks & AI MappingInteractive · HTML

Every HR task broken down by role and tagged by how AI applies — AI-led, AI-assisted, or human-only. The foundation for the whole portal.

2

Requirements SpecificationWord · SRS

The formal spec — scope, RBAC, security & PDPA, functional requirements (with IDs), non-functional requirements, phasing and risks. The document to hand a developer or vendor.

3

Technical Architecture & Data-FlowInteractive · HTML

How it's built — the cost-aware HRIQ sync, Python-first stack, SG-resident hosting, the AI-to-PII sandbox, and the CV-parsing pipeline.

4

Clickable PrototypeInteractive · demo

A working Phase-1 demo with synthetic data: switch roles to see RBAC, the Compliance Monitor, Recruitment (CV upload → AI parse → fit-score), the Document Generator with letterhead output, and the Knowledge Assistant.

5

Coverage & Gap AnalysisInteractive · HTML

The prototype scored against every task: what's built, partial, or missing — and the fifteen modules still to add.

6

Build Roadmap & Effort EstimatesInteractive · HTML

The plan — four phases, ~50–65 engineer-weeks, a timeline, per-module effort, team, gates and a recommended first move.

7

Management BriefInteractive · 1-page

The decision brief for the boss — what it is, S$ cost ranges (in-house vs vendor), success metrics with baselines, the pilot plan, build-vs-buy, and the four decisions needed from management.

8

Security PlanOperator runbook

Solo-operator security: threat model, the control stack (who builds vs who operates), AI-specific rules, the monthly 15-minute routine, and the first-hour incident response steps with PDPA notification rules.

9

Backup & Recovery RunbookOperator runbook

3-2-1 backup design, the full inventory, five step-by-step recovery scenarios a non-developer can execute, the quarterly drill schedule with log, and PDPA retention applied to backups.

Tip: open this page from the For HR folder and the “Open” buttons launch the local files directly (the prototype's download & print work fully there). The “Shared link” buttons are for sending to others online.

WHERE THINGS STAND

Status & next steps

Done: analysis, requirements, architecture, a working Phase-1 prototype, gap analysis and a costed roadmap. Decisions made: HR-only access, human-in-the-loop on consequential actions, deterministic code for payroll/statutory math, PDPA-by-design, MVP-first phasing, and a cost-aware HRIQ batch sync (reusing your Python-to-Excel extraction).
